Wish List

If I could really go all out on wheels, i would probably get something like these Enves. The ENVE 1.25 rims would match nicely laced to these blue Tune hubs. Just really nice and classy. Paired with a set of KCNC Ti skewers.

New Wheelset

Got the Reynolds and some new tires. These Challenge Criterium Open Tubulars ride so smooth.

More Upgrades

Getting Reynolds Assault wheels and Dura Ace 9000 brake calipers.

Almost complete

Finally got the bike, and making some modifications.

Took it on its maiden voyage. About 70 miles upstate New York. With over 6000ft of climbing.

In With The New

So now that i'm all out of road bikes it time for a worthy replacement. I knew i wanted carbon, I loved my Giant, so a new current TCR advance was always a good option. The only issue was their sizing, my old Giant was a Medium, and with my long legs, I had to have a lot of drop unless i wanted a bunch of spacers. The size up, Giants M/L was technically more like a 56cm frame, but its tops tube was 57cm, that was longer then i prefer. Their 2014 TCR Advance 1 was a great setup. A beautiful baby blue with new Force 22.

I was really set on that bike. I really thought that would be my next one. But then I demoed a DI2 bike, and I was sold. I ended up getting a pretty decent deal on a Cannondale SuperSix EVO. I came equipped with Ultegra DI2.

The stock bike is pretty well setup. But I know I wanted to make a few changes. First upgrade was the new Cannondale Hollowgram Spidering.

Out With The Old

I sold my road bikes!
I recently decide to sell both my Cervelo Soloist and my Giant TCR advance, to finally get a NEW new bike. First to go was the Soloist:

Then finally, and it was a hard one to let go of, I sold the Giant. Had this bike for a long time, and its served me well.

Cyclocross!!!

I did my first race last Sunday, Nov 12th 2011

The course was a challenging mix of terrain, covering a 2.5km circuit of grass, gravel, pavement, and hard-pack dirt. The course also includes two sets of artificial barriers (two 40cm high planks places 4 meters apart), a beach run, the cinnabon of death.

I had a really great time. Here are some photos:
